Yeah you finished buttercream class and it's time to move on to the next class. In this class you will learn:
  • how to bake a red velvet cake
  • how to cut,layer and frost a cake properly
  • how to cover a cake using fondant
  • how to use different fondant modeling tools and plunger cutters
  • how to make simple fondant artworks such as ribbons and bows
The class is for 2.5 hours but the timing will vary depending on how long students spend decorating their baked goods. This class is 100% hands-on with all materials supplied from beginning to end, which means you show up the baker in you and leave with new knowledge, recipes and your very own cake.
